Review of the Day: Market Day Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

I know by now you're tired of Thanksgiving leftovers. Looking for something hearty to eat? Something that will stick to your ribs? Well there's a company called Market Day. They sell food products and it's used mainly by schools to raise money. They have a soup called chicken and wild rice condensed soup. To me it's the most creamy best tasting chicken and wild rice soup I have ever tasted. It can be a meal by itself, but I like to pair it with rolls or a crusty bread.

Be prepared to wait for about an hour to eat it. You prepare it from frozen. First you remove it from the box. The soup is in a plastic bag. You place the plastic bag in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes. Then you remove the soup from the bag and put it in a pot. The soup cooks for 30 minutes. I like to add broccoli florets, onions and green peppers to it while it's cooking. It's 32oz so it could easily feed a family of 4. Even though it takes an hour to make it. It's worth the wait.
