Because of this I've been wanting to try chia seeds for a while because of the anti-oxidants, omega-3s and other health benefits.   I've been eating flax seeds for a couple of years now.. Flax seeds have omega-3s and fiber. So imagine how I happy I was to find a product with flax and chia seeds.

Purely Bulk Supreme Seeds from the package: Supreme Seeds are a source of omega-3 fatty acids and dietary fiber.  Not only does it have flax and chia seeds, but also hemp and sesame.  Hemp seeds have omega-3s, iron, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus and is a good source of protein with 20 amino acids. Sesame seeds are a good source of B vitamins, iron, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, copper and manganese.

Because Purely Bulk Supreme Seeds are so full of good things I put it in everything. Including smoothies, oatmeal, salads, soups, stews, muffins and pancakes.
